Sean Tomkins has been exhibiting his photographs with us for some years now. Sean is a self - taught photographer and uses his native Galway as inspiration for his wonderful images which he produces on transparencies and then each print is individually hand printed in the dark room (Cibachrome). The prints are not machine printed or computer enhanced in any way. There are many prints of County Clare and he uses the changing light and dramatic landscapes to create such diverse images. Sean has been a long-time member of the Galway Camera Club and has won many competitions and awards, the most recent being The National Environmental Photographic Competition in which he was runner up in the Professional Section. He lives in Galway with his wife and 2 children. All Prints are double mounted
