Return Policy

The products that we featured on this website are a selection of the type of products that we sell in our craftshop in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare.

These products are sourced from quality craftspeople and organisations here in Ireland.

All items are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

We cannot guarantee an accurate representation of colours through the medium of the internet and given that many of the products are handcrafted, customers need to be mindful of the fact that all handcraft products are not exactly the same and could therefore differ in minor aspects of an product image presented on our website.

At Quinncrafts.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within ten days, we will issue a full refund for the price you have paid for the item, less the actual cost of shipment and payment commission.

Defective items

You can always return items within ten days if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges and other services

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Returning an item

To return an item, please send us an email giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:
